P2P means peer to peer: you are matched with another Panda user rather than with an order book. The seller's assets are locked in escrow when the order opens, so neither side can walk away with the other's money.
Choose a market, review the payment method the counterparty offers, confirm the amount, and follow the order steps exactly as they appear in the app before marking the payment as sent. Both sides see the order status update live.
Buying and selling with local payment methods
Panda P2P supports the payment methods that are common in each market, so you can buy or sell using the rails you already use. Availability depends on your country, your verification level and the offers currently open in that market.
Every completed order stays in your activity and P2P order history, where you can download a receipt or PDF for your own records.
Escrow, limits and verification
P2P access can be limited by KYC status, an account security hold, restrictions applied after sensitive account changes, or market-specific compliance checks. Those limits are shown in the app instead of being guessed at.
Panda verifies accounts before unlocking transfers, card access and marketplace activity. KYC uses three photos — ID front, ID back and a selfie — plus the personal details in the form.
